Here are a few things you need to know:

  1. It is YOUR responsibility to keep track of your scheduled appointment.

  2. Client Profile form MUST be submitted before your scheduled appointment.

  3. The Client Profile is the Pre Consultation part; where I will gather information & etc.

  4. The day of your scheduled appointment will be the physical consultation.

  5. Dress in loose clothing - tank top or tube tops are best. Absolutely no turtlenecks.

  6. Do NOT arrived decked out in jewelry; your earrings & necklace will need to come off so best to not wear it.

  7. My private office is located inside GreenDesk - 240 Kent Ave (North 1st and Kent Ave). When you enter the building, text me you’re otw down, take elevator down to level B.

  8. Arrive 10 mins before your scheduled appointment for face to face consultation. Your treatment will start promptly at scheduled time.

  9. Clients are given a 15 minutes grace period only. Lateness to your appointment will result in shortened session or will be automatically considered a no show which will result in penalty fee. Respect my time as I respect yours.

1 week before discontinue exfoliation, peels, topical/oral medications + do not shave/wax (♀/ ♂). Click on the button below.

Booked for a Hair Removal?

1 week before discontinue exfoliation and topical or oral medications that may cause your skin to be sensitive or thin. Please be aware that at CBQ I use a soy based non wax; so if you have a soy allergy this will not be suitable for you.

Booked for a lash lift and/or tinting?

Eye area must be completely bare; no eye makeup. There will be an additional $20 fee for eye makeup removal.

Cancellation, rescheduling or No Show

Cancellations must be done 2 weeks before your scheduled appointment or you’ll be charged 50% of your booked service.

Rescheduling must be done 3 weeks prior and will be honored only once. If you request to reschedule 1 week before there will be 50% charge of the booked service.

Same Day Cancellation or No Show will be charged 100% of the booked service.
