TO BOOK: A credit card number is required to hold your appointment, it will not be charged unless of a no-show or late cancellation. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy for more details.

BOOKING POLICY
Your reserved time is for you! I truly value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies. Should the need to cancel or reschedule arise, please notify me 72 hours prior. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the full cost of the scheduled service. No-Show Clients will be charged in full for scheduled service. I understand that Clean Beauty Quyen is accepting only vaccinated clients due to the new variant. I understand it is my responsilbity to submit a screenshot of my vaccine card to Clean Beauty Quyen as proof. Failure to submit the Covid-19 Health Questionnaire 24 hours before your booked appointment you will be subjected to a charge of 50% of your booked service. Please respect for everyones time & commitments.
